Terms conditions & policies
Our products are offered for sale to the USA only. We regret we do not deliver to countries outside of these areas. (Yet!)
PRICING: Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices include shipping for domestic purchase. It does not include wholesale order shipping or applicable taxes for Texas businesses or residents.
AVAILABILITY: Carbon Bamboo L3C does not guarantee the availability of any item and reserves the right to discontinue or change its products at any time without notice.
WHOLESALE DISCOUNT: Wholesale information and pricing is available to qualified retail establishments. To receive wholesale pricing, please submit to us the following:
1. Your professional business card, website or letterhead.
2. Your Company’s Business License/EIN and Resale Certificate.
Send us a contact message and we will send the wholesale PDF, which can be digitally filled out and sent back. Shipping costs are not included in wholesale prices. We ship using USPS priority flat rate on orders under 10 cases. And UPS ground for larger custom orders.
PAYMENT TERMS: We accept payment by credit card & Paypal.
WHOLESALE PAYMENT TERMS: Opening order minimum of $75; re-order minimum of $25. Mixed cases are acepted on reorders. First order is to be paid via cc or check, with cc or net 30 terms after (as established). FOB Austin, TX. Checks are to be made payable to: Carbon Bamboo L3C and sent to: 1215 West Slaughter Ln, Ste # 1915, Austin, TX 78748.
RETAIL SHIPPING TERMS: All domestic non-wholesale shipments will be made via USPS and shipping is included in the price. All shipments are FOB Austin, TX. All purchases are shipped once funds have cleared our account. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and a further 2-3 days for shipping.
WHOLESALE SHIPPING TERMS: Shipping costs are not included for wholesale customers. We ship using USPS priority flat rate on orders under 10 cases. And UPS ground for larger custom orders. Orders of less than $200 ship within 3 business days via USPS or UPS Ground service. We will provide the final shipping costs via email before order is confirmed.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: The above shipping instructions apply in addition to, International customers are responsible for any customs/duties fees incurred during the transit of their ordered items.
RETURN POLICY: Even though we strive to be as accurate as possible, we are happy to replace any products that have been received in error, provided that they are undamaged and have not been tampered with. To ensure that all of our customers are receiving the finest, freshest product available, we must be notified of any concerns in writing within 24 hours of receipt of product. Please email [email protected].
We cannot accept used or opened, products due to health and safety reasons. If you would like to exchange an acceptable item, we must receive it within 7 days (a tracking number if you are shipping the item back is acceptable) in their original packaging in unused condition. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) to us and in every case, these returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to not accept a return if the item has been at all damaged or used. While our policies are firm, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with Carbon Bamboo L3C is positive.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Carbon Bamboo L3C welcomes the opportunity to quote custom orders. Please submit an inquiry through the contact link to discuss your requirements.
Custom orders are non-returnable. Please keep in mind that if placing a large wholesale order, it is being prepared especially for you! Once payment is received, your soap is lovingly made prior to shipment.
DAMAGED GOODS: All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage. If items have arrived damaged, we must be notified of any concerns in writing within 24 hours of receipt of product. Please email [email protected].
YOUR PRIVACY: You do not need to provide any personal information to browse this website. Should you decide to buy any of our products or subscribe to our newsletter or other marketing initiatives we do collect a small amount of information specifically for the purpose. Carbon Bamboo L3C does not sell or pass on such information to any third parties and warrants it will not pass on such information except, in the unlikely event we are required to by law.

ANIMAL TESTING: Carbon Bamboo L3C does not test any of its products on animals, and does not use ingredients that are tested on animals. All of our suppliers are required to supply us with their own animal testing policies to ensure that our supply chain meets with current legislation on animal testing.
